Message Settings on Keywhere 


 

This article will run through message settings on Keywhere.

 

Rentals and Sales Messages

1. From the KeyWhere Dashboard, navigate to the settings tab on the left side menu. 

 

2. For real estate users, click on the Rentals or Sales tab on the Settings Menu under Messages.

 

Enabling/Disabling Messages

1. To edit whether a specific message is sent to Agents/Authority and Borrowers, select the relevant message from the list on the left. 

 

2. This will open more information about the message to the right of the list. Switch between preferences for the Agent/Authority and Borrower using the tabs at the top of the page, then toggle whether the message is sent using the check boxes below General.

 

 

3. You will notice that as you change the preferences for which messages are sent, the quick view legend next to each message type is updated. This serves as a fast way to see which types of messages are sent to which user.

 

Editing Message Content

1. The KeyWhere Message Settings page also allows you to edit the content of the emails and SMS that are sent automatically. First, select the relevant message from the list on the left hand side.

 

2. This will open more information about the message to the right of the list. Switch between preferences for the Agent and Borrower using the tabs at the top of the page. By editing the text in the boxes below, you are able to edit the content and style of the email or SMS to suit your requirements.

 

3. Real estate users can also add attachments using the Email Attachment box (note: the attachment must have already been uploaded by using the Settings > Messages > Attachments section).

Ensure to hit the Save button at the bottom of the screen once the changes have been made.

 

Uploading and Managing Email Attachments (Real Estate Users)

1. To upload, edit or delete an email attachment, navigate to the Attachments tab of the Message Settings using the left side menu.

 

2. A list of all current attachments will then be displayed.

 

3. To view an attachment, click View.

 

4. To edit an attachment description, click on the Pencil icon.

 

5. To delete an attachment, click on the Trash Can icon.


6. To add a new attachment, click the Upload File button at the top right hand corner of the page and follow the on-screen prompts.
