7. Notifications can be sent out on behalf of the agency when a specific event occurs in ROL Sales. These notifications will apply to all properties, and can be customised using the Status Editor. However, from the Event Editor tab within a property, notifications that will be sent for just this property can be customised.

8. The types of notifications that can be customised from this tab include; inspection registration messages, Book Inspection button responses, owner reports, appraisal updates, On/Off Vacancy List changes, inspection results, running late notifications, buyer alerts, and more. Check these out by using the drop-down menu under RegisterOnline Events.

9. When an event has been selected, and added using the Add Event button, it will load with the office message setting. These can be changed using the Email & SMS checkboxes next to each contact.

14. The final tab is Ideal Week, which allows you to create recurring calendar times. Instead of creating individual inspections for every Saturday a house is available, you can create one ideal week entry for all Saturdays. This will automatically generate an available time each Monday based on your settings. It will generate these times a set number of days in advance for each entry (default is 14 days, but can be customised to suit).
