Property list display settings - App Pending Property
This article will run through the Property List Display Settings.

1. Navigate to Settings > Letting > General.
2. Select Display.
3. Scroll down to the Show App Pending Propertiesâ¯section.
- Show Properties - is the default setting for all accounts.⯠This will display the property even if there is an application pending.
- Flag Properties - Will highlight that the property has an Application Pending.⯠Below is an example of the rental list.
- Hide Properties - hide the properties from being viewed by the prospective tenants.

4. To set the property application pending, you can do these 3 ways:
Option 1
- Navigate to Properties > Rentals and select the Property you wish to amend and navigate to the Main Data Tab.

- In the Details section, tick Applications Pending (don't display times).

Option 2
- Turn Off Inspection Times based on Received Applications, this can be found inâ¯Settings > Letting > General.

- Navigate to the Applications tab. Go to the Turn Off Inspection Times based on Received Applications section in the Applications section.⯠â¯
- Put the Application Status from AppTracker to automatically tick Applications Pending (don't display times).

Option 3
- The third way to set App Pending is in Your Status Editor Messages in Applications, navigate toâ¯Settings > Applications > Status Rules.⯠⯠⯠â¯

- Update Application Pending Rules allows you to select the status you would like to automatically set 'Application Pending (don't display times)' Inspection Option for the Property.
