Property list display settings - App Pending Property 

1. Navigate to Settings > Letting > General. 

2. Select Display.

3. Scroll down to the Show App Pending Properties section.  

• Show Properties - is the default setting for all accounts.  This will display the property even if there is an application pending. 
• Flag Properties - Will highlight that the property has an Application Pending.  Below is an example of the rental list. 
• Hide Properties - hide the properties from being viewed by the prospective tenants. 

4. To set the property application pending, you can do these 3 ways: 

• Navigate to Properties > Rentals and select the Property you wish to amend and navigate to the Main Data Tab.  

• In the Details section, tick Applications Pending (don't display times).  

• Turn Off Inspection Times based on Received Applications, this can be found in Settings > Letting > General. 

• Navigate to the Applications tab. Go to the Turn Off Inspection Times based on Received Applications section in the Applications section.    
• Put the Application Status from AppTracker to automatically tick Applications Pending (don't display times).

• The third way to set App Pending is in Your Status Editor Messages in Applications, navigate to Settings > Applications > Status Rules.        

• Update Application Pending Rules allows you to select the status you would like to automatically set 'Application Pending (don't display times)' Inspection Option for the Property.
