This article will run through how to save an applicant’s supporting documents.
1. Navigate to Letting > Applications > Properties.

2. Select Applications.

Note: You can follow a flexible path when navigating through the system, either using Letting > Applications > Properties > Applications or the more direct route Letting > Applications > Applications. Both approaches will lead you to the same destination.
Application information can be accessed by finding the application in the applications page, using the Search function if necessary. Click anywhere in the row for the application (excluding where there is a button) and this will open the Application Information page.
3. Click on the Name of the Applicant and then scroll down to the ID Document Review section.
4. Click on the Add button and the following screen will present itself to add the document.
5. You will now be able to select the type of document you would like to upload.
6. After selecting the file type, you will be able enter the details and either drag and drop the file into the Upload section or click on Upload to select the file.
7. Once uploaded the File will now be included in the ID Document Review section.
