This article will run through how to save the privacy terms and conditions.
1. Navigate to Letting > Applications > Properties.
2. Select Applications.
Note: You can follow a flexible path when navigating through the system, either using Letting > Applications > Properties > Applications or the more direct route Letting > Applications > Applications. Both approaches will lead you to the same destination.
3. Application information can be accessed by finding the application in the applications page, using the Search function if necessary. Click anywhere in the row for the application (excluding where there is a button) and this will open the Application Information page.
4. Once the application loads, navigate to the Application Info tab. Scroll down to the Privacy Terms & Conditions Approval section.

5. The Privacy Terms & Conditions Approval section gives you the option to record that the applicant's agreed to your Online Privacy Terms and Conditions or allows you to upload the signed Privacy Terms and Conditions to the application.
To upload the signed terms and condition, click on the Upload File button.
6. You will now be able to either Drag & Drop the file you would like to upload into the 'Upload' section.
7. Once uploaded, the file can be accessed by clicking the File Name text.
8. Hitting the Send Link for Upload button will send a link to the property manager’s mobile allowing them to take a photo of the privacy statement and uploading it to the application.
