Sending application links for unlisted properties
This article will run through how to send through a prospect an application link when the property in question isn't on the market.
1. Navigate to Create New > Send Apply Link.
2. Enter the property address and then click Send Link.
Note: The message "Property is not listed" will be displayed below the entered property, confirming that the property is currently off the market.
3. In the event that a property has never been associated with your account or has never been on the market, you will need to create a new property. To do so, navigate to Create New > select New Management under the New Property section.
4. Enter the property address and all other relevant details (such as pricing, dates where indicated).
5. Within the Staff tab, use the dropdown menu(s) to select appropriate staff and then click Save.
6. Navigate to Create New > Send Apply Link
7. Enter the email address, new property address you previously created, and then click Send Link.
- Click OK to confirm action.
8. Click OK to confirm that you wish to send an Apply Link for this unlisted property.
