This article will run through how to send personalised text messages to single or multiple tenants.
1. Navigate to Letting > Enquiries (Tenants) > Tenants.
2. On the Tenants screen, hover over the column you would like to use to filter your enquiries. You can then enter the information you would like to filter your enquiries on. This may be by searching the Tenant Name, Property Address or even if the tenant enquiry has come through with a Message.
3. Select the tenants who you want to contact.
Tip: you can email a single tenant by clicking on their email address*
4. Using the action menu, which will appear at the bottom of the page, you can contact your selected enquiries by clicking on the Contact button.
5. Complete the email/SMS by filling in the body of the email. Email Attachments can be added, and Merge Fields can also be used to assist.

6. Once satisfied, click the Send button.
