Setting Up an Office Email Signature Template


 

This article will run through how to create an email office signature template for staff members within your account. 

 

1. Navigate to People > Team > Rentals.

2. Click the Signature Template, click the Team Member dropdown selector and choose a staff member. Choose from the Merge Fields provided to build the office template.

3. Click Preview to access and view the selected staff member’s email signature, click OK, and then Save once completed.
