KeyWhere - Setting up Panels with WiFi

This article will explain how to set up KeyWhere panels through web browsers on your computer or Phone/Tablet.

Note: Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your computer, phone, or tablet to synchronize the panel with the Wi-Fi network. At present, the supported browsers include Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Opera. Please note that Mozilla Firefox and Safari are not compatible for this functionality.

1. Navigate to Settings.

2. Navigate to Setup > Panel Setup.

3. Select Scan for Panels.

4. The pairing window will appear to scan for panels currently in discovery mode.

5. Select the Panel from the list and click Pair.

6. A successful connection to the KeyWhere panel with Bluetooth will appear in the middle of the screen.

7. A list of available 2.4GHz networks will appear.

Note: KeyWhere panels can not support 5GHz Wi-Fi and will only display 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connections.

8. Select the Wi-Fi network, enter the password, and click Connect.

Once done, the KeyWhere Panel Status will update to connected for both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi confirming the pairing is complete.

Note: Repeat the process with any additional panels if required.
