This article will run through how you can utilise the smart checker function within your account to verify the validity of a mobile number.
1. Navigate to Letting > Applications > Applications, select the appropriate address.
2. The applicant’s mobile number will be highlighted in yellow colour and listed within the applicant’s section, Click the Gauge Icon to the right of the number
3. Smart Checker will provide you with a level of confidence on the likelihood of the mobile number being authentic based on the breakdown of usage with the Inspect Realestate CRM.
Note: You can access a snapshot usage summary by hovering your cursor over the Gauge Icon. This feature is available for your convenience and review.
