Status Group: Not Registered
This article will run through what tenants not registered means.
Once the system has notified a person about available inspection times, they have the option to register for that inspection time.
If they do not register or book into that inspection, they are a ‘Not Registered’.
1. Navigate to Letting > Enquiries (Tenants) > Tenants. This is where the enquiry sits.
2. Each property can then also be included in the search section to determine the outstanding not registered people.
3. To see details of those people, scroll across to see the property that they are interested in, and their contact information will also be present.
4. You can follow up these tenants by:
- Directly booking the tenant into an existing inspection atâ¯Create New > Quick Reg - Rentals)
5. Create a new inspection for that tenant atâ¯Create New > New Inspection - Rentals).

- Re-advise of available inspection times.â¯
- Send a personalised message.
- Mark tenant Inactive and remove from page.
