1. To transfer properties between team members, first navigate to the Teams page.
2. Click the drop-down menu in the top right, then click Transfer Properties.
3. From here, you will be able to choose the team member to transfer properties from, the team member to transfer properties to, and whether to transfer properties for which the first team member is manager, listing agent, or both.
Note: All properties in the selected categories will be transferred immediately, and that the second team member will take the role of the first team member on these properties.
4. Once you have made your selection, click Transfer at the bottom left of the page to transfer the properties.
