User Permissions (Roles) In ROL Sales.

This article will run through the user permissions in ROL Sales.  

There are currently four levels of access in InspectRealEstate for your user accounts: 

• Diamond (administration use) 

• Gold (normal use) 

• Silver (restricted use) 

• Bronze (restricted use) 

How to Edit a User Role/Permission: 

1. Navigate to Settings > Admin > Manage Users. 

2. Select the user you wish to edit and press the Edit User button. 

3. Select the role/level of permission you want to assign for that user – then press the ‘Save User Account’ button to save your changes. 

- A Diamond User can access all areas of your account. 

- A Gold User cannot access the following menus: 

• Admin & Settings 

- A Silver user cannot access the following menus: 

• Admin, Settings, Inspection Settings & Reports,  

A Bronze user cannot access the following menus: 

• Admin, Settings, Reports, Inspection Settings, Buyers, Inspections, Calendar
