The merge field {VideoTourLinkPhrase} can be used to customise templates.
The merge field is a shortened version of a unique phrase or sentence that you can create that also contains the video tour link.
Using this merge field avoids having to manually add/edit a full line of text for desired templates.
1. Navigate to Messages > Sales. Select the appropriate subject.
2. Select the appropriate event. Click Edit Messages.
3. Scroll down to the Merge Fields section and select {VideoTourLinkPhrase}.
4. To customise the sentence, navigate to Settings > Sales > General.
5. Scroll down to the ‘Video Tour Link Phrase’. If you wish to modify, click Save to ensure changes are reflected.
