What Are Calendar Regions
This article will discuss what calendar regions are.
What Are Calendar Regions?
When you create an available time for people to book inspections, you can filter this time so it only applies to properties in a particular area.
1. To do this, you assign that available time to a Region.
2. If the Region is set to ANY.
3. Then that calendar time will apply to any property current on your vacancy list.
- To navigate to the ROL Regions, navigate to Sales > Calendar > ROL Regions.
5. When setting up a Region, you need to give that region a name and tell the system which postcodes it includes (or excludes).
6. Once you have setup a Region, you can assign a calendar time to that Region:

That calendar time will only apply to properties that have the postcode “4068†(In other words properties in the City Region)
