This article will run through what property calendar options are.
What are Property Calendar Options?
When you create an available time for people to book inspections, you can filter this time by choosing what properties it will apply to base their Vacancy and Delay Settings.
1. To do this, you assign that available time to a Property Option.
2. If the Property Option is set to ANY the calendar time will apply to all property types currently on your vacancy list (Assuming property settings allow calendar times to be booked).
3. You can setup Property Options by navigating to Sales > Calendar > Property Options.
4. When setting up a Property Option, you need to:
a. Name the option.
b. Set criteria the property needs to meet to be included in this option. (Ignore this setting, select properties that meet, select properties that don’t meet).
5. Once you have setup a Property Option, you can then apply this option to a calendar time.
