What is a Pending Application
This article will run through where to view any 2Apply applications that have only been partially submitted. This is helpful if an applicant contacts your agency about the progress of their application and you can advise the next steps.
1. Navigate to Lettings > Applications > Pending Apps
Note: Applications will only show in the Pending Apps grid if the application has more than one applicant and at least one applicant has successfully submitted their full application.
2. Check the grid to view details of any Current pending application, including:
- Primary Applicant details
- Submitted Applicants summary. Shows remaining applicants that still need to submit their application.
- App Age
- Address the application is for
Note: Due to privacy and security reasons, we do not include a contact option and you are not able to submit applications on an applicant’s behalf.
Next Steps
If you see a Pending Application, and an applicant has contacted you, you can:
- Advise the applicant that their part has been received.
- Confirm that to be able to start processing the application, any other invited applicants still need to submit their part.
- Advise the applicant to check the status of their application within their 2apply account. It will show in the “Waiting On Other Applicants” section. They can also make any updates or delete from here.
