The Daily Inspection Email, designed for inspectors, is a comprehensive communication tool containing the day's and following day's scheduled property inspections. This email outlines:
1. Inspection times for each property.
2. Addresses of the properties.
3. Available dates and rental amounts.
4. Key and access information.
5. Contact information of tenants expected at the inspection.
6. Reminder statuses for these tenants.
7. Contact details of the Property Manager for each property.
Modifications to the Daily Schedule can be made in the ‘Daily Schedule’ settings. This includes manual schedule dispatches.
The Daily Schedule settings can be edited, or a schedule can be manually dispatched from the 'Daily Schedule' page.
