The inspector performance snapshot highlights inspection results for your office.
Find out what your conversion rate is, along with any trending patterns!
The report breaks down stats into 4 timeframes: yesterday, last 7 days, last 30 days & Year to Date.
Information included in this report:
- Inspections Conducted
- Tenants Booked
- Tenants Attended
- Applications Received
- Successful Applications
- Conversion Rate
This report displays stats for all inspectors, along with any inspections that did not have an inspector assigned.
This is an interactive report, meaning you can click on the relevant number to reveal more details.
 
1. To manually access this report, go to Reports > Letting > Office Reports.
 
2. Go to Inspector Performance Report.
 
3. Click View Report.
 
4. To have this report be sent to you automatically, click on Add Another Report Settingbutton, located towards the bottom of the page.
 
5. Enter the day, time & email address you would like this report to go out.
(To send this report to additional staff, either enter the email address in the "to" field or click Add Another Report Setting).
6. Once done, click Save.
