This article will run through what the owner video update is.
In MobileROL, there is the option to send an overall video update to an owner.
This feature is commonly used by agents that like to conduct a property walk-through of the property to highlight maintenance or the current condition of the property to owners that are unable to visit the property frequently.
1. Navigate to Owner Update.
2. Type in the property address and then click Select Video button, where you can either update an existing video saved on your device or opt to record a brand new video right then and there.
3. Once your video has been selected, you can send the video directly to the owner by clicking on Send Video Update.
4. The owner notification template associated with this action is located in Messages > Letting > Inspected Owner.
5. Navigate to the Owner Video Update Message.
