The stock list provides an overview of the activity on all properties currently on your vacancy list.
The first page contains a summary for your office.
1. Navigate to Reports > Letting > Stock List, click View Report for a detailed stock list summary in PDF format. Click Close when you have finished reviewing.
2. You can also organise for the report to be emailed, input the Send Now To, and From email addresses, select a grouping and click Send Stock List Now.
3. If desired, you can organise for the stock list report to be sent automatically, click Add Another Report Setting, select an option from the Select Day and Select Time dropdowns, input the To and From email addresses, and grouping. Click Save once completed.
