This article will run through what the Virtual Listing is and how this can be set up for your agency.
Note: The Virtual Listing Kit is a virtual brochure that promotes your agency's services to prospective landlords. The brochure is an external webpage that is accessed by including a unique link to any SMS or email communication you send out. The essentials version of the virtual listing kit is available for free with your BDM subscription.
There are three sections within the brochure that can be customized, Agent Profile, Recommendations & Our Listings. All other sections are hardcoded and will be auto-populated with your agency and lead details where relevant. i.e. lead name, property address, agency name, agency logo etc.
Agent Profile
To edit Agent profile > Settings > IREBDM > General Settings > Virtual Listing Kit > Add details > Save
Recommendations
This section pulls data from the information you enter into the Appraisal Information section under the Properties tab. If you do not enter information in this section the Recommendations section on the brochure will not appear at all.
1. Navigate to IREBDM > Leads > Leads > Select lead > Properties > Additional details > Appraisal information > Save
Our Listings
1. Our Listings - You can choose to redirect the View Listing button to any URL link of your choice. If this setting is left blank the standard IRE web listing link will be used which shows all your current properties for rent which is picked up from your ROL Rentals product.
Note: If you would like to edit your brochure further, you can purchase the premium version via our partner Web Books. The premium version allows you to customise all areas and has additional custom sections including comparable properties, pricing schedule, full team listing, and more. If you wish to get more information on the premium version please contact your account manager for pricing and setup.
How to set up your Virtual Listing Kit
There is a minimum of three settings that need to be enabled by your agency before the brochure is activated.
1. Create an agent profile
2. Set a date range
3. Add a profile picture to BDM's team member/s
The first two settings can be found under Settings > IRE BDM > General > Virtual Listing Kit > Add details > Save
The agent profile will need to be written & a date range will need to be selected for the leasing stats.
Please note we do not populate a generic agent profile description, you will need to create your own.
The third setting of assigning a profile photo can be done by going to People > Team > BDM
Click Actions > edit next to the team member's name.
Navigate to Upload Image > Save
To obtain the link go to a Lead > Virtual Listing Kit Tab > Create and Test.
There is a Virtual Listing Kit email and SMS template now available to use that contains the brochure link.
Note: The merge field displays as a link so you may want to hyperlink it so it's hidden behind some text. If you do not manually generate the link in advance, the link will auto-generate whenever the {Virtual Listing Link} is generated in any single or bulk communication.
