This article will cover the functionality of MobileROL for Sales.

Note: For creating private inspections for MobileROL Sales, please see

1. After the creation of your sales inspection, selecting My Run will take you through to your list of upcoming inspections.

2. If you are running late to arrive at the inspection, tap the Late icon on the top right of the page to send a quick message out to any registered attendees notifying them that you are going to be arriving shortly.

3. Tapping on the Buyers tab will display any buyers who have pre-registered for the inspection.

4. Verify the type of buyer, assess buyer interest level, and ensure both the 'Interested' and 'Attended' buttons are confirmed. Click Save Inspection.

5. Selecting 'Quick Reg' allows you to enter contact information for walk-ins. Simply enter the contact's mobile number. If they have previously attended any inspections or made enquiries, their details will populate automatically. If not, you can manually enter their information.

6. Once the attendee is identified, It will display the type of buyer, buyer interest level, notes, and attended confirmation. Click on Save Inspection to add the buyer contact.

7. The Add Unregistered button will functions similarly to the Quick Reg button to allow for quick buyer creation.

8. Once the inspection has been completed, clicking on the PDF icon will display the reporting options that can be generated and sent to the Owner.

9. By selecting the icon to the right of the report type, you will have the ability to preview the summary alone with the option to download, share, or send messages. Click Buyer Messages.

10. Buyer Messages will allow you to send a post-inspection message to any buyers we've marked as interested in the property. Select the interested attendees and press Send Selected Post Inspection Messages.

Note: If you have used the setting to add a document (e.g., a contract) to the property and have linked it to your Buyer Interested message, the contract will automatically be attached to the email sent to interested buyers.

11. The Owner Quick Report will provide a summary of the inspection. The Owner Full Report will provide a comprehensive report including all the inspection results.

Additional Features for MobileROL

2. Once you arrive at the inspection, you can fill out the office-related questions from the Tasks tab and include comments and photos for the Owner Report.

3. From the Buyers tab, the option to Edit Property Details will display if required. Show group report will allow you to include any comments that need to be saved once entered.

4. By tapping on the QR visual, agents can create a unique QR code allowing buyers to perform a self check-in at the property.
